MULTI TRADER – Ealing & Surrounding 
£21.40 PH CIS Social Housing On going work 

We’re recruiting experienced Multi Traders to join a well-established social housing contractor working on a reactive maintenance contract 

The Role:
You’ll carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance works in occupied properties as part of a dedicated reactive maintenance team; 

- UPVC repairs 
- Basic carpentry 
- Basic plumbing 
- Wet Trades 

What’s on offer:

• £21.40 per hour (CIS) – paid weekly

• 42.5 hours per week Monday–Friday

• Temp to perm opportunity

• Van, fuel card, uniform & PDA provided

• Fully stocked van

Face to face interviews 

Requirements:

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting etc.)

• Full UK driving licence

• Solid experience in social housing or domestic environments
