Mechanical Operator

Salary: £29,000 per annum
Location: Marlow
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 08:00 16:30 (Friday 08:00 13:00)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production machinery in line with work instructions
• Carrying out mechanical assembly tasks to the required quality standards
• Completing lining, finishing, and polishing operations
• Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Working from drawings, job cards, and standard operating procedures
• Supporting team targets for productivity, quality, and safety

• Previous experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, or production environment
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• A proactive, reliable, and team focused approach
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes
