The role of Quality Manager

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. You will lead a small team of engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities of the Quality Manager:

• Lead and develop the quality team to meet departmental and company goals 
• Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems 
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits 
•  Investigate and resolve product quality issues and non-conformances 
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement quality improvements 
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements 

 Requirements of the Quality Manager

• Proven experience in a quality management role within electronic manufacturing or a similar industry 
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards 
• Experience leading and developing small teams of engineers or quality professionals 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, CAPA)
