Luxury Packaging Administrator, West Yorkshire
Up to £45,000 DOE – on site
We are seeking an experienced Packaging Administrator to manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of luxury packaging projects. This is a highly varied and evolving role, combining elements of project management and account management, working closely with global suppliers and internal stakeholders.
About the Role
You’ll oversee packaging projects from concept through to delivery, acting as the central point of contact between clients, designers, and manufacturers worldwide. This is a fast-paced, dynamic position within a small internal team, supported by a much wider international network.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end packaging projects across multiple product categories including beauty, whisky, and confectionery
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers
- Coordinate packaging development from brief, sampling, pricing, and approvals through to production and delivery
- Liaise with third-party manufacturers and suppliers globally
- Ensure packaging meets brand, quality, cost, and timeline requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Oversee specifications, artwork, approvals, and production schedules
- Maintain clear communication across global time zones
- Continuously adapt processes as the role evolves and the business grows
What You’ll Need
- Essential: Proven experience in print or packaging, with luxury packaging experience strongly preferred
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders across different regions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working in a small, agile team with a hands-on approach
- Adaptable and enthusiastic about a role that will continue to develop over time
