Job Title: Hygiene Supervisor
Location: Banbury
Salary: £18.00 per hour
Shift: Weekend Friday - Monday (7am-5pm)

We are looking for a Hygiene Supervisor to join an international food manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality, safety and continuous improvement, This is a key role in a fast-paced, regulated environment where high standards really matter.

Hygiene Supervisor Role:

• Leading hygiene operations and delivering sanitation plans across the site
• Managing team performance, wellbeing, attendance and day-to-day people matters
• Ensuring full compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP and COSHH requirements

Hygiene Supervisor Requirements:

• Proven experience in hygiene and food safety within food manufacturing
• Knowledge of HACCP, COSHH and safe systems of work
• Experience leading, coaching and motivating teams

Desirable Hygiene Supervisor Requirements:

• Food Safety for Manufacturing Level 2
• High-level platform licence for working at height
• Confined space capability or willingness to train
