Location: Mobile - Cannock & up to 1 hour travel radius
Contract: minimum 5 months work, potential to go permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £25 per hour (CIS)

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Fitter to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out Kitchen Upgrades upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of kitchen upgrades across our contracts based in the Midlands.

• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.

• Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.)

• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry / Joinery / kitchen fitting

• Previous experience in kitchen fitting, across social housing or private

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Own a van

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
