Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,000 (rising to £26,000 upon successful completion of probation)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls while building meaningful, long-term relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing excellent customer support across calls, emails, and systems
- Managing and updating customer records accurately
- Supporting customers with health plan information
- Proactively engaging with warm leads and converting them into loyal customers
- Representing the brand positively in every interaction

- Customer service and sales experience
- Confident, clear communication skills
- Ability to handle objections calmly and professionally

- Experience using CRM systems and MS Office
- A professional approach to handling customer complaints
