Salary: £25,000 (rising to £26,000 upon successful completion of probation)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls while building meaningful, long-term relationships.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing excellent customer support across calls, emails, and systems
  • Managing and updating customer records accurately
  • Supporting customers with health plan information
  • Proactively engaging with warm leads and converting them into loyal customers
  • Representing the brand positively in every interaction

This is a dynamic role that blends customer care with light sales — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, conversation, and making a real difference.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the following will set you up for success:

  • Customer service and sales experience
  • Confident, clear communication skills
  • Ability to handle objections calmly and professionally
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems and MS Office
  • A professional approach to handling customer complaints
