Location: Mobile - Cannock & up to 1 hour travel radius
Contract: minimum 5 months work, potential to go permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £27.50 per hour (CIS)

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Gas Safe Plumber to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, Assisting on the Kitchen and Bathroom upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of works required across our contracts based in the Midlands, such as move and re allocation of radiators, install bathroom suites, drain down boilers where required.

• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.

• Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic tiling, etc.)

• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Plumbing AND Gas safe registered

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Own a van / car

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
