Job Title: Sales & Marketing Support (Data & Insights)

Location: Portsmouth – Office based
Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 DOE
Holidays: 31 days inc bank holidays

Office Hours: 8:30-5:00pm

The Company

My client is a well-established creative production agency with manufacturing at its core. They produce everything from large-format printed boards, banners, and signs to exhibition stands and a wide range of visual marketing materials and POS.

The Role

The company is entering a major growth phase and is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Support member to help support the wider teams, including the Sales Director, Account Management Team and in-house design team.

This is not a pure admin role — it’s a commercial support position where your ability to analyse, communicate, and coordinate will help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of managing CRM data
• Produce regular insight reports and monitor marketing performance
• Support the preparation of sales proposals and pitches
• Ensure projects move smoothly from enquiry to delivery.
• Coordinate social media activity, work on marketing campaigns, and help ensure our client communications are consistent and engaging

Requirements

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams
• Comfortable handling and analysing data to produce clear insights
• Creative mindset with an understanding of marketing principles
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools (or willingness to learn)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
