At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for a Bench Hand joiner to join their team based in a workshop in Keighley on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for a bench hand joiner with minimum of 5 years' experience to join an incredible team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Working on bespoke, high-end interiors, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Working with a wide range of materials, including MDF, laminates, veneered boards, and softwoods/hardwoods.
• Reading and interpreting detailed construction and CAD drawings to produce work to high specifications.
• Proficiently using hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery (e.g., dimension saws) to create bespoke, high-end items.
• Ensuring all products meet strict quality standards. 

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in bench hand joinery is typically required.
• Good working knowledge of woodworking machinery and tools.
• Ability to work on own initiative to meet deadlines. 

Pay rate is negotiable based on experience.
