Production Supervisor 

Location: Maidenhead 

Salary: £35-45k per annum 

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands on leadership role overseeing electromechanical assembly operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities for the Production Supervisor:

  • Lead and supervise a team of assemblers within an electromechanical production environment.
  • Coordinate daily workflow, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure all products are assembled to specification, maintaining high quality and rightfirsttime standards.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee 5S, health & safety compliance, and general shopfloor housekeeping.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues.
  • Support process improvements, rootcause analysis, and efficiency initiatives.


Skills & Experience required for the successful Production Supervisor:

  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader within an electromechanical assembly environment.
  • Strong understanding of electromechanical build processes, AC/DC wiring, hand tools, and assembly techniques.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and drive a team.
  • Strong problemsolving mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and priorities effectively.

Desirable Experience for the successful Production Supervisor:

  • Experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of testing procedures for electromechanical assemblies.
  • Experience implementing process improvements or training programmes.
