At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Electrician to work on social housing properties in the Sheffield area and surroundings. The successful Electrician will work on kitchen and bathroom rewires and be able to work both independently and in a team. The successful Electrician must also hold their Gold Card to be considered for this role.

Required qualifications & experience

• Experience with domestic electrical works, rewiring, maintenance & testing
• 18th Edition City & Guilds 2382
• Gold card CSCS
• AM2
• Level 3 Electrical Installations
• Inspection, Testing & Certification 2391 or NVQ equivalent with experience

Our ideal candidate will posses the following

• Experience working in occupied and unoccupied domestic properties
• Be able to integrate with a team of electricians
• Be able to work inside & outside, within confined spaces and off ladders
• Be able to record daily written and photographic progress and send to the contracts manager

Pay rate is £25PH CIS
