Year 5 Teacher – Full-time, long-term temporary role from February 2026

• Support pupils in developing core literacy and numeracy skills

• Assess progress and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to collaborative team planning and shared best practice
• Uphold safeguarding standards and prioritise pupil welfare

Ideal Year 5 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire pupils of varied abilities
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, reflective, and supportive approach to teaching
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil well-being
