SEMH Teaching Assistant – Full-time, long-term temporary role starting as soon as possible

• Provide targeted support for pupils with SEMH needs
• Use strong behaviour management strategies to promote emotional regulation
• Build positive and supportive working relationships with pupils
• Assist with lesson activities and reinforce key learning objectives
• Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams
• Support behaviour plans and personalised learning approaches
• Promote resilience, engagement, and consistent routines
• Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise pupil welfare
