Cover Supervisor – Full-time, long-term temporary role starting as soon as possible

- Supervise classes during teacher absence and keep pupils focused on set work
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects
- Maintain calm and orderly behaviour following school routines
- Support pupils with tasks when appropriate
- Provide feedback to teachers about lesson progress and any concerns
- Assist with general classroom routines and transitions
- Uphold safeguarding standards and prioritise pupil welfare
- HLTA qualification is accepted
- Confident supervising classes across primary year groups
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Ability to follow lesson plans and maintain productive learning environments
- Adaptable, reliable, and proactive in supporting learning
- Good organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil well‑being
