Location: Redditch & Birmingham (South)
Contract: minimum 5 months work
Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week
Rate: £19.77 per hour (CIS)

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking a Painter to join our client’s damp & mould maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied domestic properties, upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of painting repairs in domestic/social housing settings

• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties

• Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.)

• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Painting / time served

• Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
