Management Accountant

I'm supporting a well‑established, nationally recognised organisation in Norwich who are looking to appoint a Part Qualified Management Accountant to join their successful and growing finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part‑qualified accountant looking to progress their career, gain exposure to senior stakeholders and contribute to meaningful commercial decisions.

You’ll play a key part in supporting the regional management team through accurate reporting, financial insight, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly financial statements including P&L, balance sheet and forecasts
• Analysing variances against budget, forecast and prior periods
• Providing support and development to Finance Assistants
• Delivering cost analysis and commercial insight to management
• Assisting the Finance Manager with annual budgeting
• Reviewing and enhancing reports and internal processes
• Ad‑hoc accounting duties as needed

You will be:

• Part‑qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and actively studying
• Ability to analyse and interpret data
• Construction-sector experience beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
• Highly organised with strong Excel and systems proficiency
