Job Title: Roofer  (East London)
Salary: £37,000 per annum (DOE) Van & Fuel Card

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Roofer to join a maintenance team for a local authority in East London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general roofing repairs, maintenance, and installations across various local authority properties.

• Work on pitched and flat roofs, including waterproofing and guttering.

• Inspect roofs for damage or wear and provide appropriate recommendations.

• Safely install, maintain, and repair solar panels where required.

• Ensure all work is carried out to health and safety standards and local authority guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Roofer, ideally with experience in flat and pitched roofs.

• Experience working with solar panels is highly desirable.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

• Full UK driving licence.
