Were looking for a driven and strategic Production Manager to join the team in a key operational leadership role where youll be responsible for delivering exceptional performance across quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction. Youll be shaping production strategy, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring you have the capability and capacity needed to meet customer demand.

What You'll Be Doing as a Production Manager:

• Leading the Production Unit to achieve Value Stream goals including customer satisfaction, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost targets.
• Owning and delivering monthly KPIs for revenue, OTD, arrears, and quality.
• Ensuring flawless execution of production plans, swiftly addressing issues, and directing resources where needed.
• Embedding Standard Operating Framework to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Driving productivity improvements and rolling out Standard Work across the team.
• Ensuring capacity and capability planning aligns with customer requirements.
• Identifying cross training opportunities to increase flexibility and responsiveness.
• Ensuring compliance with QMS standards 

The successful Production Manager will ideally have the below skills and experience:

• Proven experience leading an operations or production organisation, with a track record of improving KPIs using Lean principles.
• Ability to think strategically and interpret complex business or financial data.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and embed progressive change.
• Working knowledge of ISO9001
• Excellent communication and influencing ability
• Strong problem solving skills with creativity
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and drive performance
• Deep understanding of business operations, systems, and processes
• Experience delivering business improvement initiatives
