The RoleYou'll manage your own ledger, drive strong cash collection and work closely with key internal stakeholders. This is a role where your input is valued and your performance is genuinely recognised.Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining your own ledger
- Chasing overdue debt via phone and email, building professional rapport
- Allocating cash, reconciling accounts and resolving queries promptly
- Working closely with sales, operations and finance
- Producing aged debtor reports and flagging risk areas
- Supporting improvements to credit control processes

- Proven Credit Controller with a strong track record
- Excellent communicator with a commercial approach
- Organised, proactive and solution-focused
- Systems‑confident, including Excel
- Team‑oriented with a continuous‑improvement mindset
