Sales Coordinator

£28,000–£32,000 Manufacturing Maidenhead - On-site

We’re recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Maidenhead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in account management or sales within a manufacturing environment.

• Support Account Managers with day-to-day customer orders and enquiries

• Assist with quotations, margin checks, and commercial administration

• Help coordinate New Product Introductions (NPI), including part creation and BOM management

• Monitor order progress and provide updates to internal teams and customers

• Assist with RMA processing and customer service follow-ups

• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Keen to learn and develop towards an Account Manager or Business Development role

• Willingness to work on-site and occasionally travel to customers or other company sites

• Interest in manufacturing. 

This is a fully on-site role, offering hands-on experience across the full customer lifecycle and excellent opportunities for progression within a growing, dynamic team.
