Job Description:
An immediate requirement has arisen for a Lead Engineer to join a static site in Marlow on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will be electrically biased and confident leading site activities, while also being prepared to undertake other trade work when required.
temp to perm - 49k once perm
The role will involve overseeing day to day maintenance operations, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works, and ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and supporting on site engineering activities
Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance
Supporting other trade tasks when required
Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
Acting as a point of contact for site issues
Requirements:
Strong electrical background with relevant qualifications
Experience in a lead or senior engineer role preferred
Willingness to undertake multi skilled trade work
Previous experience in a commercial or FM environment
Must be able to pass a basic DBS check
