Maintenance Engineer

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum DOE

Location: Aylesbury

Shifts: 4 on / 4 off – Days & Nights (7 AM – 7 PM)

Ready to take the next step in your engineering career? We're looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Engineer to join our high‑performing team in Aston Clinton. You'll be working with advanced blow‑moulding technology, helping us deliver high‑quality, sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.

Responsibilities of this Maintenance Engineer role:

• Keeping production running smoothly through proactive and reactive maintenance
• Working on extrusion, injection, and stretch blow‑moulding machinery
• Diagnosing faults and implementing effective, long‑lasting fixes
• Completing maintenance records and ensuring all work meets safety, hygiene & quality standards
• Collaborating with engineers across the site to ensure seamless production flow
• Carrying out planned maintenance and repairs across all plant and site equipment

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of UK‑based Maintenance Engineering experience
• Knowledge of blow‑moulding equipment (extrusion, injection, or stretch) is highly desirable
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and environmental best practices
• A proactive, problem‑solving approach and a strong team mindset
• Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
