My client have been successfully manufacturing in the Wolverhampton area for years, they are looking to add a hands on lead maintenance engineer (70% hands on 30% managing) they will look at someone who is ready to step up and have experience with extra duties in their current role. This will be working in a heavy industry environment, if you are bothered about grease and muck and getting dirty this isn't the role for you.
Experience required for the maintenance lead engineer:
- Qualified to level 3 (NVQ/C&G) as a maintenance engineer
- 5 years experience as a maintenance engineer who has gone above and beyond in current tole - will need to demonstrate examples of this
- would look at installation/inspection qualifications
- experience within test and inspect and installations is advantageous
