Senior Account Executive – Print & POS

Up to £28,500 25 days holiday plus bank holidays bonuses  Full-time (5 days) Hybrid after initial period

Are you an experienced Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic Client Services environment and brings hands-on experience within print production? If so, this could be an exciting next step in your career.

We’re looking for a confident, commercially astute Client Services professional with a strong understanding of print and POS, who is comfortable managing major retail and household-name brand accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of complex, high-quality print projects and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will take full ownership of print projects from initial brief through to final delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing print briefs and overseeing campaigns and projects end to end
• Producing accurate job cost estimates, considering materials, labour, overheads, and margin
• Managing cost variations and ensuring all changes are clearly documented and charged.
• Proactively chasing artwork, materials, internal teams, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule
• Maintaining a clean and efficient order process to ensure on-time delivery
• Liaising with external suppliers and attending both internal and client-facing meetings

What you’ll need for your application to be successful:

• Strong knowledge of print production and the POS/retail sector
• Experience managing POS retail accounts and major brand clients
• Confidence working to established processes, policies, and commercial targets
• Highly organised, proactive, adaptable, and detail-focused
• Experience using MIS systems (Tharstern experience is highly desirable)
• A professional, confident communicator with a strong client-facing presence

Please note: this is not a fully remote role, however, some home working flexibility is available following the initial onboarding period.
