Investor Relations Assistant
We are working with a highly regarded Private Equity firm who are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Assistant to join their Investor Relations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain exposure to institutional investors, fund reporting, and the inner workings of a high-performing investment firm.
The Role
Reporting into the Investor Relations team, the Investor Relations Assistant will provide vital support across investor communications, reporting, and relationship management. The role offers broad exposure to senior stakeholders and is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within Venture Capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the preparation and distribution of investor reports, presentations, and communications
- Assisting with quarterly and annual reporting processes
- Maintaining investor databases and CRM systems
- Coordinating investor meetings, calls, and events
- Supporting fundraising activities and due diligence requests
- Liaising with internal teams including Finance, Legal, and Investments
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency across all investor-facing materials
About You
- Experience in a professional services, finance, or client-facing support role
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Confident written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Professional, discreet, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
