Job Title: Team Assistant - Global Investment Research
Location: London, 5 days in office
Pay: £26 per hour including holiday pay
Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Tay Associates has partnered with a leading global investment banking firm based in London to recruit a Team Assistant to support the Industrials business unit within Equity Research. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced environment within a globally recognised financial institution. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Team Assistant to support the Industrials business unit within Equity Research. The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to a team of 10, including 1 Managing Director. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong time management, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while using initiative and sound judgement.

Key Responsibilities

• Extensive diary management and administrative support for a team of 10 (including 1 MD)
• Organisation of complex travel itineraries and processing of expenses
• Logistical support for team conferences, working closely with Event Management and Corporate Access
• Liaising with senior stakeholders and internal personnel
• CRM database management, including logging and tracking client interactions
• Monitoring and logging team attendance and vacation schedules

• Proactive, discreet and able to work independently
• Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
