Photography and Art and Design Lecturer – Part-time, long-term temporary and ongoing role starting as soon as possible

- Deliver engaging Photography, Art and Design sessions using pre-prepared materials where applicable
- Teach practical and theory components across relevant units and qualifications
- Support learners in developing technical, creative, and reflective skills
- Maintain a calm, well-organised learning environment
- Provide verbal feedback and guidance to support learner progress
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet varied learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent curriculum delivery
- Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise learner welfare
- Relevant teaching qualification or strong FE/college teaching experience
- Strong subject knowledge across Photography and Art and Design
- Confident in delivering both practical workshop sessions and classroom theory
- Effective behaviour management and communication skills
- Creative, adaptable, and able to inspire learners of mixed abilities
- Organised, reflective, and proactive in supporting learner achievement
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting learner well-being
