These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different secondary school settings. You will be supporting pupils in Norwich and the surrounding areas, delivering engaging Computer Science lessons across Key Stages.Duties as Computer Science Teacher:

• Deliver engaging Computer Science lessons following provided plans
• Teach a range of topics including programming, algorithms, data representation, networks, and digital literacy
• Support students in developing computational thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Manage behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies
• Assess and record pupil progress when required
• Adapt teaching strategies to support learners of varying abilities
• Contribute to departmental planning during longer‑term placements

Ideal Computer Science Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science or ICT
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire learners across different year groups
• Adaptable and flexible across different school environments
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
