Job Description:
My client is a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, specialising in PCBA manufacturing, supply chain solutions, and specialist electronic components.
As the Account Manager, you are responsible for managing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. Additionally, you will act as the key point of contact for all customer accounts, ensuring smooth project execution and long-term partnerships
What we would like from the Account Manager:
- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing or related industries
- Strong account management and business development skills, with a proven track record of growing customer accounts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage with technical and commercial stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
What we offer the Account Manager:
- Salary between £40,000 to £45,000 doe
- 25 days annual leave Christmas shutdown
