Supply Teacher – Part-time, long-term temporary and ongoing role starting as soon as possible

• Deliver pre‑prepared lessons across a range of year groups and subjects
• Maintain positive behaviour and consistent classroom routines
• Support pupils’ learning through clear explanations and encouragement
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit different classes and individual needs
• Provide verbal feedback to pupils during lessons
• Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Ideal Supply Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Confident teaching across KS1 and KS2
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to changing needs quickly
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to supporting pupil progress
• Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
