Heating Fitter

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced heating fitter for a contract in Manchester. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be hold a JIB card. 

The Job and duties of a heating fitter 

• Replacement of the central heating and hot water systems to domestic properties which will include pipework, radiators, hot water cylinders, valves and insulation.

Heating fitters must be experienced 

Requirements for a heating fitter 

• You will need a Full UK driving license 
• CSCS/JIB card 
• NVQ in heating and ventilation or working towards 
• Proven experience in the maintenance sector
• Be able to provide at least two working references
