Location: Fully Remote
Contract: Temporary (Initial 3 Months, possibility of extension)
Pay Rate: £14–£16 per hour (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP
We are a large and well-established housing repairs contractor seeking an experienced Remote Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month period.
This is an excellent opportunity to support a fast-paced repairs and maintenance operation, ensuring smooth coordination between tenants, operatives, and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging and updating repair job records in internal systems
Scheduling and coordinating repair appointments
Handling inbound and outbound calls with tenants and subcontractors
Processing invoices and purchase orders
Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records
Supporting contract managers and operational teams with general administrative duties
Ensuring service levels and KPIs are met
Previous administrative experience (experience within housing, repairs, maintenance, or property services desirable)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal CRM/job management systems
Able to start at short notice
Competitive hourly rate (£14–£16 per hour, depending on experience)
Fully remote working
