Our agency is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor for an experienced Senior Planner to join their established Social Housing Repairs team based in Ealing.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable organisation delivering responsive repairs and maintenance contracts within the social housing sector.

As a Senior Planner, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating repair and maintenance schedules to ensure service delivery targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.

You will act as a central point of contact between operatives, supervisors, subcontractors and residents, ensuring works are planned efficiently and completed within agreed timescales.

• Managing and overseeing daily and future works scheduling

• Allocating operatives and subcontractors effectively

• Monitoring job progress and updating internal systems

• Ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met across responsive repairs

• Handling escalations and complex scheduling issues

• Liaising with residents to confirm appointments and resolve queries

• Supporting continuous service improvement

• Proven experience as a Planner / Senior Planner within social housing repairs or maintenance

• Strong knowledge of responsive repairs environments

• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors or large maintenance providers

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Strong IT and system management skills

• Competitive rate of £18.25 per hour
