Job Title: Executive Assistant – Human Resources
Location: London, 5 days in office
Pay: £26 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

The Opportunity:

Tay Associates is proud to be partnering with a leading global investment banking institution to appoint a highly motivated Executive Assistant within Human Resources. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a world-class platform operating at the forefront of global markets, supporting senior leadership within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role sits at the heart of HR, providing seamless support to Managing Directors and senior leaders. You will act as a trusted partner, demonstrating commercial awareness, sound judgment, and an ability to operate with discretion and precision. The successful candidate will bring exceptional organisational skills, a solutions-driven mindset, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You will be embedded within a collaborative team environment, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to the broader franchise’s operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to 2 Managing Directors and light touch with the wider team 

  • Coordinate complex, senior-level internal and external meetings across global time zones

  • Maintain complex and detailed calendars, proactively prioritising competing demands and managing logistics with precision

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including processing expense reports
  • Book meeting rooms and event locations, overseeing all logistical planning requirements

Experience:
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives within financial services or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and sound judgment

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

  • Comfortable operating within a high-performance, client-centric culture

  • Must have 3-4 years experience as an EA in corporate organisations
