Hours: 5pm–3:30am, Monday–Thursday (Nights)
Contract: £28–£32 per hour (LTD or Umbrella, DOE)

Are you an experienced Fabricator – Night Shift professional looking to join a growing engineering team? Due to continued expansion, a reputable Engineering & Manufacturing business in Accrington is seeking multiple Fabricator specialists to enhance their night‑shift operations.

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, the successful Fabricator – Night Shift will be responsible for delivering high‑quality MIG and TIG welding and fabrication on pipework, sheet metal, and bespoke components. This position requires a confident Fabricator capable of working from detailed engineering drawings and maintaining exceptional accuracy and consistency.

• Perform high‑standard MIG & TIG welding
• Fabricate components using stainless steel
• Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency across all tasks
• Contribute to a safe and efficient workshop environment

• Level 3 City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven MIG & TIG welding experience
• Strong background as a Fabricator – Night Shift professional
• Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic
