I’m supporting a growing business in Royston who are looking for an Account Manager to join their friendly, energetic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, managing contracts, and delivering an exceptional service from start to finish.The RoleAs an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting customers whose contracts are coming up for renewal. This involves understanding their needs, providing clear information, and guiding them through their options to make the process as smooth as possible.This is a great opportunity for someone who likes taking ownership, building rapport quickly, and staying organised in a busy environment.Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming enquiries and renewal conversations
- Providing quotations, information and tailored options to customers
- Clearly explaining processes and helping customers decide what works best for them
- Managing each opportunity with timely follow-up and excellent service
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
- Identifying opportunities to promote additional services, upgrades or added value
- Ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately
- Highly organised - you enjoy structure and keeping on top of your workload
- A strong, confident communicator with a great telephone manner
- Able to build rapport and adapt to different customer personalities
- High attention to detail with accurate grammar and numeracy
- Experience in customer service, account management, sales admin, or renewals is beneficial
