Early Years Educator

• Full-time and part-time roles
• Typical hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm
• Immediate and ongoing start dates

The Role

You will be supporting young children (typically aged 2–4 years) within a nurturing Early Years setting, helping them learn, grow, and thrive through engaging, play-based experiences.

Working alongside teachers and Early Years teams, you will help create a safe, stimulating environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
• Planning and delivering fun, creative, play-based activities
• Acting as a key worker and building strong relationships with children
• Observing, tracking, and recording children’s progress
• Working closely with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Supporting children with additional needs where required

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (suitable for EYFS ratios)
• Have strong Early Years’ experience
• Be an enthusiastic and proactive team player
• Demonstrate a reliable, committed, and caring approach
