RECfinancial is partnering with a fast paced and dynamic Leicester based SME business in the appointment of a Finance Manager.

The role is based at the firm's head office which is commutable from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire.

Reporting to the Managing Director the Finance Manager role is the most senior finance role within the business and will be part of the firm's leadership team, supporting the Directors and Ops team to make well informed financial decisions.

Day to day the role is hands on running the businesses monthly management accounts, balance sheet control, budget / forecasts, approving payments / payroll, cash flow management and year end reporting. The role has two members of staff reporting into it.

They are keen to hire a candidate who has a consistent CV and has experience of managing both management and financial accounting for a busy business.

To be considered for the role the client will consider candidates who are studying, qualified or qualified by experience. Study support is potentially available for the right candidate.

The role has a salary range of between £47,000 and £55,000 plus a generous benefits package that includes a 10% bonus.
