Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Full-time, long-term temporary and ongoing role starting as soon as possible
This setting provides a warm, nurturing, and well‑organised early years environment where children benefit from supportive adults, predictable routines, and engaging developmental opportunities. Staff work collaboratively to uphold strong expectations, helping children feel safe, confident, and eager to explore. Pupils respond positively to high‑quality early years provision that promotes communication, independence, and steady progress across all areas of learning.Duties as Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

- Support and deliver high‑quality early years activities in line with EYFS requirements
- Provide care and learning opportunities for children aged 2–4
- Contribute to planning and preparation of engaging, age‑appropriate activities
- Support early communication, literacy, numeracy, and play‑based learning
- Assist with child observations, assessments, and progress notes
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment throughout the day
- Support daily routines including settling, hygiene, meals, and transitions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent early years practice
- Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise child well‑being
- Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential
- Early years experience is important and highly beneficial
- Warm, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting young children
- Confident supporting communication, play‑based learning, and early development
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to high‑quality early years provision
- Able to work full early‑years hours as required
- Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
