Our client currently manages 1,800 units across their market-leading offices and, as part of their expansion, have launched an office in Birmingham city centre with an existing portfolio ready for you to step into.
Our client specialises in high-quality city-centre developments, managing and advising international investors on their property portfolios and future acquisitions.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Property Manager can demonstrate excellent property management expertise, and wants to be part of a growing, ambitious team.
You will ideally have experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager.
Are you proactive, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of a portfolio, delivering exemplary service to landlords and tenants? You’ll have the chance to shape this role and really take ownership of it whilst working closely with the experienced senior management team for guidance and support.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Property Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants
- Oversee check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and professional transitions
- Administer deposit protection and manage deposit returns
- Proactively resolve rental arrears, liaising confidently with landlords and tenants
- Work closely with the dedicated maintenance and repairs team to ensure works are completed efficiently
- Coordinate safety certifications and ensure full compliance across the portfolio
- Liaise with property inspectors to organise inventories and provide detailed landlord feedback
- Conduct mid-term inspections
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the property management system
What We’re Looking For in a Property Manager:
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail — you take pride in keeping everything running smoothly
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Confidence using property management systems and handling administrative tasks efficiently
