Whether you’re looking to refine your expertise or expand into more advanced techniques, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

The Role

Working alongside an established team of welders and fabrication specialists, you will:

  • Set up and operate press brakes, plasma cutters, and sheet rollers

  • Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to produce precision components

  • Carry out MIG, TIG, and laser welding (training provided for laser processes)

  • Fabricate and finish components to high food-industry quality standards

  • Collaborate closely with design engineers and production teams

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

You’ll see your components progress through to fully assembled, premium machinery giving you real visibility and pride in your work.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong team player with good communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience precision engineering
