My client is looking for an experienced site manager to oversee a large-scale bathroom installation contract across the Ayrshire region. This is a 12-week temporary contract with a strong opportunity to move into a permanent position.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations on a high-volume bathroom refurbishment programme. The role requires strong leadership, organisation, and a proactive approach to health & safety and programme delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all site activities
Manage subcontractors and trades on site
Ensure works are delivered on time and to specification
Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and senior management
Monitor quality control and resolve site issues efficiently
Maintain accurate site records and reporting
Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
Valid First Aid at Work certificate
Proven experience managing refurbishment or bathroom contracts
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Own transport (essential)
12-week temp-to-perm opportunity
