A primary school in the London Borough of Sutton are seeking a qualified Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a full-time basis.

he Role

The successful candidate will take on full class teaching responsibilities within Key Stage 2. Pupils are typically well settled and motivated, and the role provides the opportunity to support their academic development and preparation for the next stage of their education.

You will work collaboratively with the KS2 year group team and senior leadership, contributing to planning, assessment, and the delivery of engaging lessons. Classes may include pupils with Special Educational Needs, with additional support provided by experienced Teaching Assistants where appropriate.

The role requires effective classroom management, the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, and confidence in delivering high-quality lessons that meet the expectations of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment framework.

Person Specification
