HR Administrator (Temporary – 4–8 Weeks)

Location: Flexible – 3 days office based (FP) / 2 days working from home
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Duration: 4–8 week temporary assignment
Interview: 15-minute Teams call
Start: Immediate / ASAP

Our client, a large and well-established social housing repairs contractor, is looking for a temporary HR Administrator to support their HR team during a busy period.

This is a short-term assignment (4–8 weeks) providing essential administrative support across the HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing employee leavers

  • Updating HR systems and records

  • Supporting with annual leave (AL) calculations

  • Carrying out general HR administrative duties

  • Ensuring employee data is accurate and up to date

  • Supporting the HR team with day-to-day tasks

Requirements
  • Previous HR experience preferred, ideally within an administrative HR role

  • We will also consider candidates from operational or office environments with strong administrative experience

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail

  • Confident using internal systems and Microsoft Office

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

Working Arrangements
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office (FP) and 2 days working from home

  • Standard office hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
