Feminine Hygiene Service Operative (Female Facilities)
£12.84 per hour
Part-time (20 hours per week)
Temporary to Permanent (following 3-month probation)
Site Based

Please note that a full, clean UK driving licence essential for this role.


Overall job purpose:
To carry out the scheduled servicing, collection, and replacement of feminine hygiene units within female toilet facilities across client premises, ensuring hygiene services are delivered efficiently, safely, and discreetly in accordance with company standards and service schedules.
Key responsibilities:

  • Service feminine hygiene units located within designated female washroom facilities across multiple client sites, including the safe collection of used units and replacement with clean, prepared hygiene bins.
  • Travel between sites using a company vehicle to complete scheduled hygiene servicing routes.
  • Follow planned daily service routes to ensure all collections and replacements are completed within allocated timeframes.
  • Carry out duties respectfully and discreetly within female facilities while maintaining a professional presence in customer environments.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation while handling and transporting hygiene units.
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures, manual handling guidance, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Complete basic service documentation or records to confirm collections and replacements.
  • Report any access issues, damaged units, or service concerns to supervisors promptly.
  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with site staff, students, visitors, and facilities teams.
  • Opportunity for overtime or additional hours where service demand requires.


Candidate requirements:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence essential.
  • Comfortable servicing feminine hygiene units located within female washroom facilities across client sites.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a structured daily route.
  • Strong customer service skills, as the role involves daily interaction with staff, students, and visitors.
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to meet early morning start times (6:45am–10:45am, Monday to Friday).
  • Good time management skills and the ability to follow schedules accurately.
  • Physically capable of carrying out collection and replacement duties safely.
  • A professional and respectful approach when working within private washroom facilities.
  • Willingness to work towards a permanent position following successful completion of probation
