I am partnering with a well-established and highly regarded local independent estate agency to recruit an Office Lettings Manager. This agency is known for combining leading technology with a human touch, offering compassion, support, and guidance throughout the lettings journey. They are looking for a confident, experienced manager to oversee the branch, lead a team of front-line lettings negotiators, and ensure the office runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the lettings office, ensuring smooth operations.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of lettings negotiators to maximise performance and achieve targets.
- Hold daily meetings to review pipeline, viewings, and upcoming deadlines.
- Support tenancy progression from offer to move-in, ensuring excellent service and compliance.
- Oversee CRM systems, compliance records, and administrative processes.
- Maintain consistently high service standards and customer satisfaction across the branch.
- Assist with generating new landlord instructions and growing the lettings portfolio.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a similar senior lettings role required
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Experience of using ALTO advantageous
- Strong knowledge of the lettings process, tenancy progression, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high standards and drive team performance.
- Passionate about delivering a human-focused lettings experience while maximising business opportunities.
