The Role

• As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
• Use assessment effectively to support progress and raise attainment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1
• Demonstrates strong classroom practice and behaviour management
• Is committed to high expectations and improving outcomes for all pupils
• Works well within a collaborative team environment
• Is enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to professional development
• Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
