Temp to Perm – Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineers

We are currently recruiting for Foot Mobile Electrical Engineers to join a leading Facilities Management provider across Central London. This is a temp to perm opportunity with an ASAP start, offering long term stability and progression within an established building services team.

Working Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties. Duties will include fault finding, maintaining lighting and power systems, emergency lighting testing, and supporting general electrical building services maintenance.

The role is foot mobile, covering multiple commercial sites across Central London including areas around Liverpool Street, Bank and Monument. Engineers must be comfortable travelling between sites and working independently throughout the day.

Candidates must hold a Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent along with the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Previous experience within facilities management or commercial building maintenance is essential, along with strong fault finding ability and good communication skills when dealing with clients and site teams.

Please note that all candidates must be able to pass a basic DBS check before starting.
