Year 3 Teacher – Full-time, long-term temporary role starting as soon as possible, extending to September 2026

- Teach a Year 3 class full time with responsibility for delivering high‑quality lessons
- Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with curriculum expectations
- Support pupils’ progress in literacy, numeracy, and wider subject areas
- Maintain consistent behaviour expectations and a positive classroom climate
- Adapt teaching approaches to support a range of learning needs, including SEND
- Monitor pupil progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Contribute to phase planning, meetings, and whole‑school initiatives
- Uphold safeguarding expectations and prioritise pupil welfare
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with strong KS2 experience
- Effective behaviour and classroom management skills
- Confident planning, teaching and assessing independently
- Able to motivate and support pupils of differing abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reflective, proactive, and committed to high‑quality teaching
- Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting pupil well‑being
